SHIPPING POLICY
Shipping is Free on all of our hangboards, climbing panels, and small volumes.
For the Rocket Wall Do to it's size, this wall will ship via freight. The box is 460lbs or so so if you can unload from truck or use commercial address it will save money)
Local Delivery and pickup is available.
International Shipping
We are now able to ship internationally. it is very pricy for our larger items but please feel free to message us for a quote.
The shipping on large products like our large volumes can get complex. (we're sorry about that, but once these are on your wall you'll be psyched!) We do ship all over the US and Canada. Returns
Return policy- Rocket walls, Rocketeers, volumes are built Per order and cannot be returned, If the need arises and a wall needs to be returned , please contact us and we will try our best to work with you and figure out a solution. Any issues with workmanship please refer to our warranty below. Unused hangboards and crash couches may be returned within 30 days please contact us to initiate a return the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
WARRANTY
At Rockstar Volumes we stand behind ( and hang from!) our work.
We warranty our volumes to be free from defects in materials or workmanship under normal use.
Rockstar Volumes will repair or replace, free of charge at our Discretion, any product that proves defective due to improper materials or workmanship for a period of one year from date of shipping. After the warranty period, we will repair or replace the damaged product at standard labor and material rates.
This warranty DOES NOT COVER blownout, stripped or crossthreaded t nuts, damage due to the application of, or immersion into, water or solvents, breakage due to overtightening of mounting bolts or screws, dropping onto hard surfaces or objects, or excessive use of screws in non-manufactured holes.
No other warranty is expressed or implied. Rockstar Volumes assumes no responsibility or liability for improper use or installation of its products.
Customer assumes any and all risk in use of climbing volumes, training products, Walls and holds.
